Request for Quotation for Offshore SecurityServices

Dear Sir,

中交（天津）疏浚工程公司现邀请贵方就下述海上安保服务进行报价，具体详情如下：

Tianjin International Marine Engineering Co.,Ltd.hereby requests your quotation for the following offshore security services,with details as follows:

1. 服务内容

1. Scope of Services:

乙方提供的海上安保服务应能够应对伊莫里弗河入海口海域复杂的安全环境，该区域为甲方挖泥船执行尼日利亚阿夸伊博姆州 SPFL 疏浚吹填项目工程作业的海域。乙方必须保护并协助甲方排除项目实施过程中因当地居民、实体或其他不法分子所造成的潜在干扰、中断、威胁、侵害及袭击等行为。乙方尤其应保障甲方船员的人身安全。

若乙方未能履行上述职责，则视为失职。

The offshoresecurity services provided by Party B shall be capable of handling the complexsecurity environment in the Imo River estuary area, where Party A’s dredgersare executing the dredging and reclamation works for the SPFL Project in AkwaIbom State, Nigeria. Party B must protect and assist Party A in eliminating anypotential interference, interruption, threat, infringement, or assault causedby local residents, entities, or other wrongdoers during the execution of theproject. Party B shall particularly ensure the personal safety of Party A’screw.

If Party B failsto perform the above duties, it shall be deemed as negligence of duty.

甲方于每月月底前收到乙方开具的发票后，在15日内以电汇形式支付安保费用。

Party A shall pay the security service fee bytelegraphic transfer within fifteen (15) days after receiving the invoiceissued by Party B before the end of each month.

3. 需提供文件 ：

报价单、公司信息及注册证、负责人联系方式、银行账户详细信息

Quotation sheet，Company information and registration certificate，Contact details ofthe responsible person，Detailedbank account information

4. 服务期限：

4. Service Period:

预计共7个月。双方可经协商一致终止本协议，但须提前不少于10日以书面形式通知对方。

The Agreement is expected to last for seven (7)months. Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon mutual written consent,provided that no less than ten (10) days’ prior written notice shall be givento the other Party.
